Anyone may join ACW who shares our vision, affirms and practises the Christian faith and wishes to serve Jesus by writing and promoting materials that honour him. On the application  form you are asked to sign the following statement:

‘I share the vision of ACW and affirm the central truths of the Christian faith as revealed in the Bible, in particular God as Father, Son and Holy Spirit and Jesus Christ as Lord.’

Our members join because they want to receive encouragement, support and advice. They include:

New writers who want to explore and develop their gift.

Non-commercial writers who do not write for profit, but for other reasons, including their own enjoyment. They may be writing letters or editing a church magazine.

Intermediate writers who have been published but are not yet established and may be exploring different types of writing.

Experienced writers who regularly achieve publication and see their writing as a primary calling from God, whether they write for Christian or secular markets.
